Four ways to hold a Buddhist funeral in Singapore, each complete and arranged in-house.

Every family and every home is different, so we offer several Buddhist funeral packages built around where you would like to hold the wake. All of them are all-inclusive and handled by our own in-house team, never subcontracted.

HDB void deck package

The most traditional choice, held at the void deck or multi-purpose hall of your block, close to home and family. We arrange the permit with the Town Council, the tentage and full setup, and the Buddhist rites. A 3-day wake starts from S$5,888 and a 5-day wake from S$6,588.

Funeral parlour package

A private, air-conditioned hall for families who prefer not to hold the wake at home, or who live in private property. The package starts from S$4,588, plus the parlour’s hall rental. We help you choose a suitable parlour based on the number of guests you expect.

Direct cremation

For families who do not wish to hold an overnight wake, a direct cremation starts from S$2,288. The deceased is cared for with dignity — cleaned, dressed and placed in the casket — and a simple prayer may be held before the cremation. See our direct cremation guide for details.

What is the difference between a 3-day and 5-day Buddhist funeral?
The number of days is usually chosen around family members’ availability to keep vigil, and many families prefer an odd number of days by tradition. A 3-day wake starts from S$5,888 and a 5-day from S$6,588. There are no strict rules — we can also arrange additional days at about S$350 per day, up to seven days.
Can I hold a Buddhist wake in a condominium?
Most condominiums do not permit funeral wakes in common areas, so families in private property usually choose a funeral parlour. Where a canopy setup within private property is permitted, we can conduct a site survey and advise on seating capacity.
Is everything included in the package price?
Yes — casket, care of the deceased, wake setup, monk chanting, floral arrangements, hearse and pallbearers are all covered. Third-party fees such as the cremation charge and, for a parlour, hall rental are separate and charged at cost.
